O’Mahony was not included in the team for 27-22 last week over England, but he returns as one of the two changes that the interim coach Simon Estbi called.
The 35 -year -old is the Ryan Baired store in the back row, while Robbie Henshaw – which came during the second half in Dublin last week, replaces the Garry Ringrose store at the external center.
Easterby said: “Sunday game represents a major challenge against the Scotland team, which had a very good series of autumn nations and the six nations began by beating a positive reward point over Italy.
“The choice was a real challenge again that enhances competition for places. As we approached the second round, it comes to improvement and building momentum. We know that we will need to start the game strongly and face the material challenge.”

Can Scotland lose a series against Ireland?
Scotland lost the last 10 games against Ireland and Rur Sarland, which won 38 games in the total, believes that victory will be on Sunday – for the first time since February 2017 – will be a big boost to his team.
“It will be huge,” he said. “Ireland is a team that we keep very much. I think there is little spice added there because it is our shortness, but we have a lot of respect for them.
