Ryan Beck, a former motorcycle member, admitted that he changed his life after he reserved victory in this year’s open championship.
The Australian won one shot at the Milberruck Resort in Queensown, where he shot the 66th round to occupy 23 years under equality to complete a fabulous transformation of the 31 -year -old.
Beck’s victory comes after he spent five years in prison on charges of assault when he was part of the rebel motorcycle gang.
He did not have the necessary visa to travel to New Zealand for the championship until the beginning of the week, and as a result, it arrived on Tuesday only before the first round on Thursday.
By winning the title, Pake got a place in the Open Open Open, which is held in Royal Portrush in July, live Sky Sports.
“I just changed my life. That’s what I do,” said Beck. “I want to be here and play the golf game. The story is what it is, but I just play the golf.”
Beck played the role of amateur golf in his youth, and during his time in prison, coach Richie Smith contacted whether he wanted to play competitively.
“I always knew that I could do it. It was a matter of time when I was going to do it,” Beck added.
