Trump asks US Supreme Court to block order to return deported man happymamay

The administration of President Donald Trump has asked the Supreme Court to prevent the judgments of the minimum court to ask a man who was deported to El Salvador to the United States.

Federal judge in Maryland Government To restore Kilmar Abrago Garcia by Monday night. The matter was supported by the Court of Appeal on Monday.

The government said that Mr. Garcia was deported on March 15 because of an “administrative error”, although it also confirms that he is a member of the MS-13 gang, which his family denies.

In the emergence of the emergency to the highest court in America, the administration argued that the Maryland state judge lacks the authority to issue the order and that US officials cannot force El Salvador to return Mr. Garcia.

“The United States does not control the sovereign state of Salvador, and it cannot force El Salvador to follow the bids of a federal judge.”

He added: “The main constitution, not the courts of federal provinces, receives foreign diplomacy behavior and protecting the nation from foreign terrorists, including by implementing their removal.”

Mr. Garcia was illegally, although the judge granted him the protection of deportation in 2019.
