Police say more than 30 people were killed in a bus accident on a mountain road in Bolivia.
An officer said that the driver was probably lost control of the car, causing a decrease of about 800 meters (2625 feet) in the southwest of Yulkala.
An official from a local hospital said in a video clip that fourteen were also injured, including four children.
Bolivia has dangerous ways, especially in mountainous areas.
The police said the accident occurred between the cities of Potosi and Uuro.
Colonel Victor Benefides told AFP that the accident could have been the cause of the speed, as it was “unable” to the driver to control the bus.
It is believed that this is the most dangerous road accident reported in the country of South America until now this year.
Local Outlet Outlet UNITEL reported that many of the injured are in serious condition.
Fetnatled road accidents are common in Bolivia.
Last month, 19 people were killed when another bus came out from a road, also near Botusi.
Road accidents kill 1,400 people every year in the country with a population of about 12 million, according to government data.
