In Bucharest and London

The right -wing populist, Calin Georgisco, lost his appeal against a ruling that prevents him from participating in the presidential elections in May.
The Constitutional Court issued the final ruling on Tuesday afternoon after being traded for two hours.
A large crowd that gathered outside the stadium cried in Bucharest “traitors” and “We do not go anywhere.”
The Central Electoral Office earlier refused to nominate Georgsco to restart the presidential elections in May.
Georgsco had won the first round of presidential vote last year, but was canceled after intelligence information revealed that Russia has participated in the creation of nearly 800 TIKTOK accounts.
On Sunday, the election office said that the nomination of Georgisco did not “fulfill the conditions of legitimacy”, because it “violated the commitment to defending democracy.”
Georgsku appealed to this ruling the next day.
Many demonstrators outside the court had Romanian flags about their shoulders. Some carried Orthodox Christian icons and one holding a large wooden cross.
A man wearing traditional agricultural clothes expanded the Lamb range with the giant Roman flag and waved it enthusiastically over the crowd.
“Calin Georgescu is the President” and “Freedom”, and they condemned the judges as a trait. A woman had a sign of “dictatorship stop”.
It took some time to tell the ruling that supports the ban to reach the crowd. When I did it, there was “boos” loudly directed at the judges inside.

The crowd soon became loud and angry, saying that they came to the streets to defend democracy.
Calin Georgescu, the man who supports him, came from the sides of the right Roman policy, but he is now at the forefront and promises to make Romania a great again.
Many Romanians believe that it is blocked by a corrupt and remote political elite of people.
George Simon, the ally of Georgudo and leader of the right -wing opposition alliance to unify the Romanians (AR) on Facebook: “A shame! You will not defeat us. The people of Romania have woke up. They will win.”
The presidential elections were canceled after Georgasco won the first round in November 2024, when the intelligence that indicated that Russia has proposed a giant campaign from Tiktok to Georgko.
For European leaders and many of them in Romania, it seemed as if Russia was trying to weaken Europe and undermine its liberal values.
This is still the opinion of many Romanians who fear the man who admires Vladimir Putin and hates NATO.
“Suggeses that Russia have links to Gurgsco” it is baseless. “
Meanwhile, the crowd in the streets of Bucharest was shouting on democracy and freedom. They were calling for the right to vote for Georgisco and they were rejected.
When going to the evening, the police who lined the barricades were vigilant but relaxed.
It seems that none of the demonstrators know what they should do or what they were waiting for, and perhaps a kind of instructions from Calin Georgescu himself, when they appear on TV.
