Paris Gare du Nord train traffic disrupted after WW2 bomb found happymamay

The French police closed the traffic to and from the Paris Du Nord train station on Friday after a bomb was found in World War II on tracks leading to the station.

The bomb was found during the works during the night on the tracks, and the RER B train line said on X. MEDIA said that the discovery was made in the Saint-Denis area, a suburb of Paris.

Eurostar and all other trains were stopped as the police disable the device.

Eurostar website offers Tracks from London to Paris, to leave before 10:30 GMT, were canceled on Friday, and roads were canceled from Paris to London before local time (11:00 GMT).

“Because of the tracks near Paris Du Nord, we expect our services to be disabled this morning,” Eurosar said in his update.

The train company said that the travelers can exchange their ticket for free to travel at another date or time in the same chapter, subject to the availability.
