The Scottish government has agreed to request legal assistance for private trial, disgraceful football player David Godouli for rape.
In 2017, a civil court ruled that goodwillie, who is now playing with the west of the Glasgow United League, and his former colleague David Robertson, raped Dennis Claire, but no criminal charges have been brought against the couple.

After a long -term request, which Prime Minister John Sweeney said in November it was taking a long time, the ministers announced on Sunday that legal assistance had been granted.
Talk to Sunday Post – Who defended the issue of Mrs. Claire – she said: “I felt the ejaculation because after all these years, I can finally start the journey to the right justice.
“I waited all this time to test the facts of this case in the Criminal Court.
“It is disappointing that the Scottish government made me wait for an additional, painful year to make a decision that they could have taken within 24 hours, given that it agrees with the exception of this issue.”
She added: “I am determined to see this trip to the bitter end for me and all the other rape victim of our criminal justice system.”
The newspaper reported that the financing is only 2,500 pounds.
A Scottish government spokesman said: “This was a special and complicated situation in particular that require a detailed consideration,” a Scottish government spokesman said.
