Imane Khelif denounced the “wrong and offensive” accusations of the International Boxing Association.
IBA has revealed this week that it will file criminal complaints against the International Olympic Committee in the United States, France and Switzerland.
IBA claimed that the ICRC of the United States of the United States allowed female boxers Khalif and Lin UTing to compete and win gold medals in Paris last year, which may “be causes of criminal prosecution.”

“We will take all the legal steps necessary to ensure the support of the rights of my country and the principles of fair competition.
“Those responsible for these procedures should bear responsibility, and we will follow all the legal means available to ensure the prevailing of justice.”
IBA was denied by the Russian Olympic Games, but it was cited by an executive matter of sexually transformed athletes by US President Donald Trump to justify criminal complaints.
Khalif said that IBA “has again accused unfounded accusations of wrong and offensive, using them to enhance their agenda. This is a matter not only related to me, but the principles of wider fairness and the legal procedures due in sport.”
The International Olympic Committee constantly said that the boxers from Algeria and Taiwan, who were appointed female at birth and identifying women, complied with all the rules of the Olympic Championship. Both of them also competed in Tokyo in 2021 and did not win medals.
Khelif and LI were excluded from the IBA 2023 World Championship, which said they failed in civil tests.
“IBA is not a transgender sporting,” he repeated the International Olympic Committee on Monday.
Khelif has advanced through the Olympic Games amid international scrutiny and unlikely speculation about her gender. Despite her birth and grew up as a woman, she found herself at the discussion center on sex, sex and sports after the failure of the unlimited eligibility tests for women’s competition from IBA in 2023.
