Challengers Isaac Chamberlain and Vidal Reilly face off in Liverpool after Reilly’s TKO win over Dan Garber.

The unbeaten 22-year-old looked at his best as he controlled the bout and dominated Davies from the opening bell, ending the fight in stunning style over the eight rounds.

But Lipinets is a former super-lightweight world champion. The Kazakhstan-born fighter captured the IBF belt with a unanimous decision victory over Akihiro Kondo in 2017.

The 35-year-old has since established himself as one of the top contenders across the super lightweight and welterweight divisions with victories over former world champions Lamont Peterson and Omar Figueroa Jr.

Reilly would have cornered Chamberlain in the main support contest on the bill. But that match is now on hold.

Al-Muruj Ben Shalom said: “Unfortunately Isaac suffered an injury in training camp and will not be able to box on February 1st.
