England against Australia is always a hot competition, but Hollie-Mae Dodd is ready to reach another level when the two sides collide in Las Vegas, on Sky Sports.
Dodd is one of the names of women’s stars in England heading to Sin City to participate in a leading weekend in the Rugby League in Allegiant Stadium, with two NRL competitions, WiGan Warriers Vs Warrington Wolves in Super League, and international confrontations between the two women’s clothes (Sunday 2 March 2 March , 2 am UK local time).
Although England and Australia that it faces are rare, Dodd is in a unique position between the England team because of its full -time competition in the WNRL for Canberra Raides since 2023 and has played the World 1 Jillaroos members regularly.
England is close to competing with the southern hemisphere, which dates back to appearing in the semi -finals against New Zealand in the Rugby World Cup in 2022, with Dod Figas’s vision as an ideal test for the highest stars in the Northern Hemisphere to see where they are now.
“I played against some girls who are currently playing with Australia, which is clear, last year and the previous year,” Dod Sky Sports said.
“So I will have this little insight about knowing how the players perform there. But I know the girls here, they have trained hard. It is clear that they are in the Premier League season.
“They are very hard in their clubs as well. We all meet with our small knowledge that we got from our clubs, as you know, combine this.
“Some girls in this team have not actually played against Australia. I never played against them. I know that some Australians have not already played against England.
“Therefore, it would be a really good test for ourselves and see where we are. It was disappointing for the loss of that match against New Zealand (in the World Cup), because I thought it was a good competition.
“Going to America and playing against Australia will be a really good experience to find out what we are.”
FIFA Rugby La League growth
Although England will go to the competition looking to disturb and play the best game for Rajabi, it has not been lost in Dodd what is the important moment and intention that this sport will be. Al -Ayoun is expected to be a huge woman’s match, with a crowd of abundance that the Alegant stadium expresses a day full of Rajabi.
“Oh, it’s huge,” added Dod. “We will not play against a crowd before.
“It is clear that there are some games in advance, so we hope they will stay to watch the women’s game as well. It will be very good to develop the game there and here, to be honest.
“I got men’s games before and after, allowing people to stay all over the game of women. Some of us will not play in front of many people before, so that will be really exciting.
“We have been looking forward to this for a long time now and allowed us to see where we are in this willingness in place. I think, it is clear that playing against Australia is a big step for us.
“The last game we played against Wales was, and we needed to test ourselves a little more. I think playing in front of such a large crowd and we hope our performance is good there will test us in the place we are.
“Girls are very committed and do this because they love this sport. Therefore, I think, it is clear that the passion he received for sports allows us to play, try and compete with them.”
“Obviously, we know the size of the occasion at the present time, but I think we are only trying to focus on ourselves.
“Once the girls go there and see how big the stadium, hearing the crowd and things like this, I think there will be a few nerves in the air, yes, definitely.”
